布达佩斯条约

《国际承认用于专利程序的微生物保存布达佩斯条约》(Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure)的简称，巴黎公约成员国缔结的专门协定之一。1977年4月27日，由布达佩斯外交会议通过，1980年9月26日修正。
